Table Salt: Refined and processed to remove impurities and additives, making it pure sodium chloride (NaCl). It's fine, white, and dense, with added iodine to prevent thyroid issues. However, the refining process strips it of natural minerals, making it less beneficial for the body.

Sea Salt: Harvested from seawater, it's coarser and often grayish in color. It retains some natural minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium, which are beneficial for the body. However, it may contain impurities and varying amounts of sodium.
