47 ڈگری گرمی اور تین گیلی پٹیاں آج سِبّی پاکستان میں درجہ حرارت 47 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ تک پہنچ گیا ہے۔ بقایا ملک میں بھی چالیس سے پینتالیس ڈگری گرم ہے. ہم انسان موسم کی شدت کو تبدیل نہیں کر سکتے. لیکن اس شدید گرمی کے احساس اور نقصانات کو کم ضرور کر سکتے ہیں. صرف تین گیلی پٹیاں آپ کو گرمی کی شدت میں حیرت انگیز راحت پہنچا سکتی ہیں. ململ جیسے سوتی کپڑے سے تین پٹیاں بنا لیں ایک ماتھے پر دوسری گلے میں تیسری پورے پیٹ پر مناسب ٹھنڈے پانی میں بھگو کر لپیٹ لیں. جب خشک ہوں دوبارہ گیلا کر لیں خاص طور پر دوپہر میں گھر سے باہر کام کرنے والے اور گھر کی خواتین کچن میں ان سے فائدہ اٹھا سکتے ہیں. اس گرم موسم میں پانی کا استعمال بڑھائیں کم از کم تین سے چار لیٹر لکوئیڈ، پانی، جوس، لسی ، چھاچھ لیموں پانی اور کانجی پئیں. زیادہ سخت کام فجر اور عصر کے ٹھنڈے وقت میں کریں. دوپہر میں خود کو موسم کی شدت سے محفوظ رکھیں. اللہ، آپ کو آسانیاں عطا فرمائے. آمین بشکریہ : جاوید اختر آرائیں
