Healthy 'golden milk' is rapidly gaining popularity, but what is it? You might be surprised, golden milk is actually turmeric milk, which is being used by the people of the subcontinent for centuries.

The anti-inflammatory properties of gingerols, a substance found in ginger, are also known to be effective in relieving muscle pain. Recipe for preparing golden milk

The following items are required to prepare the drink:

Milk: 300 ml

Turmeric: 1 teaspoon

Honey: 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: To taste

Coconut oil: 1 teaspoon

Keep the milk on low heat so that it does not boil. Add the above items one by one and keep stirring the milk with a spoon. After mixing well, strain it and pour it into a cup, healthy and delicious golden milk is ready
