1. Physical exercise – must be doing both enough exercise and exercising with enough intensity. Try to build up gradually to 45 minutes of aerobic activity daily, at least every other day. it is a good information but the homeopathy part of the article is not complete.

You know that homeopathy is individual based treatment. And there is no specific remedy for anti aging.. the formula/ combinations being used are not homeopathy.

However, homeopathy is the best for anti aging with its no side effect treatment.
